Pipe Bending & End Forming

Harmony of Experience and Quality

EPTA has extensive experience in shaping complex pipes and profiles in various materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper-coated steel, copper, and brass. Our customers are world leaders in the white goods, automotive, and engineering sectors.

Our machines and equipment can bend welded and seamless pipes and profiles made from various materials including steel, stainless steel, copper-coated steel, and copper. In addition, we can bend pipes that have undergone different processes such as different shaped profiles, coated or unprocessed pipes. Our CNC-controlled bending machines can shape mandrel or mandrel-less pipes and profiles with fixed or variable radii between 6-150 mm according to the desired form.

Tube Forming

Our machines and equipment can bend welded and seamless pipes and profiles made from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Additionally, we can bend different shapes including round, square hollow, and even elliptical profiles, as well as pipes that have undergone different processes such as coated or unprocessed. Our CNC-controlled bending machines provide the desired form to mandrel or mandrel-less pipes and profiles with fixed or variable radii between 6-150 mm.

Automated Production Machines

Epta carries out pipe shaping and forming processes on its own design automatic production machines. These high-tech machines ensure that each product is manufactured according to Epta quality standards. At the end of the production process, an advanced leak test is applied to guarantee the accuracy of the products. This test is designed to provide precise results at capacities up to 16 bar pressure. Tests comply with Scania 1885 standard and Volvo 50891 standard. Both the design and implementation are owned by Epta. Throughout the entire process, Epta aims to prioritize customer needs and expectations, aiming to provide services tailored to customer needs at every stage.
