2023 Suggestion Gifts

2023 Suggestion gifts were presented to our employees.

In 2023, EPTA organized a special event to thank and reward its employees who presented successful business proposals. At the event held at the company’s headquarters, gifts were presented to employees who participated in the suggestion program and offered valuable ideas.

EPTA CEO Güven TERZİOĞLU emphasized the importance of employees who support the company’s vision of continuous improvement and innovation in his speech at the event. Terzioğlu said, “Our employees’ suggestions are extremely valuable for the growth and success of our company. The suggestions we received this year have helped us improve our business processes and create a more efficient working environment. Therefore, we thank all our employees who participated in our suggestion program.”

At the award ceremony, various gifts were given to employees who made the most creative and feasible suggestions. Additionally, certificates of appreciation were presented to all employees who participated in the suggestion program. The event not only increased motivation among employees but also made a positive contribution to the company culture.

EPTA stated that it will continue to develop innovative solutions by valuing its employees’ ideas in the coming years. Emphasizing that such events strengthen internal communication and increase employee loyalty, the company management expressed that they will continually encourage employee participation.
